Jason Pitzer is the Founder and Managing Principal of Northern Ridge Services, bringing eighteen years of experience leading regulatory compliance, industrial hygiene, and operational risk initiatives across industrial, oil & gas, and large-scale facility environments. He provides strategic oversight of compliance frameworks, enterprise safety programs, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with OSHA 1910 and 1926 standards. His operational experience includes supporting projects and compliance initiatives associated with federal agencies such as FEMA, TSA, FBI, GSA, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the U.S. Marshals Service. As firm leader, Mr. Pitzer directs capture strategy, client engagements, and technical execution to ensure defensible, performance-driven outcomes for industrial, construction, healthcare, and federal clients.

Frank Fitzpatrick brings over 45 years of executive-level experience in industrial hygiene and environmental health leadership. As President of WorkWell Associates and Co-Founder of Apex Environmental, he led nationally recognized ES&H consulting operations supporting federal agencies including NASA, DHS, DOJ, DOE, and GSA. His expertise spans exposure assessment, indoor air quality investigations, hazardous materials management, and large-scale regulatory program oversight. In collaboration with Northern Ridge Services, he provides senior-level technical oversight and quality assurance to ensure defensible, high-standard industrial hygiene solutions.

Senior Industrial Hygiene & Risk Advisory Consultant
Celia A. Booth is a nationally recognized occupational health and risk management executive with over 45 years of experience in industrial hygiene, enterprise safety governance, and regulatory compliance. A Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and Fellow of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (FAIHA), she represents the highest tier of professional credentialing within the occupational health and safety field. Ms. Booth has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of McCaffery & Associates and Director of Risk Management for Gannett Company, a Fortune 200 organization where she oversaw global safety, compliance, and litigation strategy for more than 50,000 employees. A retired U.S. Navy Captain and FEMA Safety Cadre Reservist, she brings extensive experience across federal, industrial, maritime, and healthcare environments. In collaboration with Northern Ridge Services, Ms. Booth provides senior-level industrial hygiene expertise, technical oversight of exposure assessment programs, project development guidance, and quality assurance leadership to ensure defensible, technically sound, and well-managed safety and health initiatives.

Strategic Risk & Culture Advisor
With more than 25 years of executive safety leadership experience, Mr. Snead has served in senior roles with organizations including Turner Construction, Limbach Holdings, and Superior Environmental Solutions. He provides executive-level advisory support in governance, serious injury and fatality (SIF) prevention, and safety culture alignment, strengthening Northern Ridge’s strategic and enterprise-level capabilities.

Mr. Wellman is an experienced leader and professional with over fifteen years of expertise in risk control health, environment, safety, and security (HESS); industrial hygiene; project management; emergency preparedness; and data & software management. Most of his experience was based within large industrial facilities, hospitals, and oil & gas. He performs site evaluations, incident investigations, interpreting analytical results, implementing changes to facilities and/or cultures, and automating reports and processes.

Ms. Pitzer is a safety specialist with twenty years’ experience in safety and health. She specializes in environmental, safety, and health-related facility inspections and audits. Primary focusing on risk analysis within school buildings and large-scale manufacturing facilities. She performs site inspections, identifying areas of OSHA, NFPA, ADA, EPA, and other potential concerns. She also develops and conducts policies and training on OSHA and EPA standards.

Mr. Davis is a regulatory compliance professional with twenty-eight years of experience conducting in the field auding and inspections. His primary focus is in FDA compliance (Better Process Control, Retail Food Standards, and Food Code) and inspections. He also oversees public health programs such as clinical, environmental community health, and threat preparedness. Mr. Davis also has experience in onsite sewage disposal systems and private water systems.

Ms. Sanders is an experienced environmental health and occupational safety professional with over 15 years of expertise in federal compliance, safety program development, project oversight, and risk mitigation. She has experience in managing multi-site safety initiatives, conducting workplace assessments, leading emergency planning, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and NEPA regulations. Additionally, Ms. Sanders also has experience with indoor air quality, mold remediation, and water sampling, as well as spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plan oversight and procurement coordination. Ms. Sanders holds the following certifications: HAZWOPER 40-hour; OSHA30-hour General Industry; PMI Training; Maryland Department of Environment Water Sampling Certification; US DOE National Security Briefing; Red Cross CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS instructor; Serv Safe Food Handler; and HIPAA & Confidentiality Training.
